1. Acceptance

By using CosmoPrompt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be 13 or older (16+ in EU).

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service.
• No generating content that infringes third-party IP rights.
• Respect the terms of any connected third-party platform (Pinterest, Etsy, Shopify).

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts, images, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content strictly to provide the service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect any third-party service to CosmoPrompt, you agree to comply with that service's own terms of service and policies. CosmoPrompt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such third-party service.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel at any time; you retain access through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Service provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
